Please ensure all home decor and furnishings remain in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify.

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
